Is this site for real?
Yes, we are 100% legit and very real. We didn’t spend all this time and money buying all this inventory and creating a website for it not to be.
Where can I ship a prank by mail?
Anywhere in the United States. We hope to have international shipping available in late 2023.
Is your service completely anonymous?
Yes, our products are intended as a fun gag gift or prank between friends, not an object to project or deliver hate or malicious intent to an individual or organization. If you think the recipient will not find humor in your gag gift, please don’t order.
We will ship your prank from an anonymous address, P.O. Box, or ship your item without a return address, so the recipient will only know who sent it if you tell them. Buyer information is nowhere to be found on the envelope, parcel, or package. If you want them to know who sent it, add it to your personalized custom note.
I’m still nervous, so it’s completely anonymous?
Yes! It is 100% anonymous!!
Can the prank be traced back to me?
Nothing is included on the packaging to connect the sender with the prank. If we include a return address, it’s from our anonymous P.O. Box.

Can I personalize the note?
Yes, you can include a short personalized note of up to 200 characters on a few pranks.
What can I write in the note?
You can write anything you want. You are not allowed to write profanity, mean comments, racial slurs, or anything we consider inappropriate or hate-related. If we feel something written is not portrayed in a pranking, reasonable humor manner. We reserve the right to censor or replace your registered note with one of our standard notes to compensate for the additional cost incurred. We have the final word if we will send the personal message you have written and will be unable to refund your money.
Remember the golden rule, “If you would not like to receive the note you have written the recipient, don’t send it.”
Should I prank someone who has filed a restraining order against me?
Really? If you have to ask this question, you already know the answer. Our pranks are intended as gag gifts to be sent to family and friends. You should not send something if there’s a chance of you getting into legal trouble. Please don’t send one of our mail pranks to be threatening or hateful.
Back to the golden rule, “If you would not like to receive the note you have written the recipient, don’t send it.”
Shipping Questions
How do I know when my prank has shipped?
When your prank has been created, you will get an email. Once your prank is shipped (normally the following day unless it’s a holiday or weekend), we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided during the order process. This email would include a USPS tracking number if your gag gift included one.
How long does it take to ship my prank once ordered?
We aim to have your order processed and shipped by the next business day (Mon-Fri). Late Friday, evenings and weekend orders usually go out the following Monday. Holidays that fall on Fridays or Mondays may affect the delivery time.
Depending on how swamped we are, it may take 2 to 3 business days. However, we usually get orders within two business days, even when swamped.
When will my order arrive?
Any prank shipped to an address within the continental United States that includes our free tracking option typically takes three business days to be delivered to the recipient. Delivery of other products has been averaging anywhere between 3 to 7 days.
We use the United States Postal Service. Once the prank is sent, we are all familiar with their service and are at their mercy regarding the delivery time.

Unfortunately, we still need to set up international shipping; we hope to have it available shortly.
How can I track my order?
Pranks are processed and shipped to recipients within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you select a shipping method with a tracking number, it will be included in our confirmation email. Free shipping does not include free tracking on some pranks. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.
Glitter Bombs & Confetti Bombs currently have free shipping and FREE TRACKING included. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
Trouble Shooting
My order has yet to arrive.
Please look at our delivery chart below to see how long it should take before your order arrives. Also, remember that the USPS might have a bad day or week, depending on the time of the year (give them a couple of extra days).
If there is still no progress, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you believe there is a problem and your item may have been lost in the mail. We are friendly and will do whatever we can to assist you and do what it takes to make it right.

I made a mistake with the address I provided you, or the address is wrong.
If you entered the incorrect information during checkout and need to update the name, address, or any other information. Please get in touch with us immediately through our Contact Page; include as much information as possible such as:
Name and Address of recipient
Your Order ID
Payment Transaction ID
Let us know what needs to be changed. Please send the correct name and address in the message to expedite the change. As long as the order has yet to be shipped, we will update the order. We ship quickly; please contact us as soon as possible.
We’re sorry because of the custom nature of our items. We will not be able to update the information or provide a refund. If you want another item created, please reorder through the site.
I changed my mind; how do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please get in touch with us through our Contact Page; include as much information as possible such as:

If the item has been processed and needs to be shipped, we offer a 50% refund due to its custom nature.
Unfortunately, if the item has shipped, it is out of our hands, and we cannot provide a refund.
